Terms for using SOLANADEX.IO

Independent software interface

SOLANADEX.IO provides a non-custodial interface that requests data and routes from third-party services and prepares transactions for your wallet. It is not a bank, broker, exchange account, investment adviser, custodian, or guarantor. You remain in control of your wallet and decide whether to sign.

Your responsibilities

• Use the service only where lawful and only if you can legally transact in digital assets.
• Protect your wallet, devices, passwords, seed phrase, and private keys.
• Verify token mints, amounts, destination assets, slippage, price impact, and transaction details.
• Maintain enough SOL for network and related transaction costs.
• Pay any taxes, reporting obligations, or fees that apply to you.

Digital-asset risks

Tokens may be fraudulent, volatile, illiquid, unsupported, or technically defective. Transactions may fail, be delayed, or be irreversible. Quotes and market data may be incomplete, stale, unavailable, or change before execution. Smart contracts, wallets, networks, RPC providers, and routing services can contain bugs or become unavailable.

Nothing on SOLANADEX.IO is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. No content or interface result is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any token.

Third-party services

Phantom, Jupiter, Solana, liquidity sources, block explorers, token-data providers, and linked websites operate independently under their own terms. SOLANADEX.IO does not control or guarantee their availability, data, security, or performance.

Prohibited use

Do not use the interface to break applicable law, evade sanctions, distribute malware, deceive others, manipulate markets, attack the service, bypass safety controls, overload public endpoints, or interfere with another person’s wallet or assets.

No warranty or guaranteed outcome

The interface is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SOLANADEX.IO does not guarantee continuous access, accurate data, transaction execution, settlement time, token legitimacy, liquidity, price, or profit. You assume the risks of using digital-asset software.
